Must be worn at all times by client and therapist (The face cradle has a cloth barrier in place and mask may be removed while face down if preferred).
Please have your personal mask on when you arrive.
If you are unable to provide your own mask, a disposable mask will be provided at your arrival.
1. Experienced any symptoms of fever, sore throat, coughing, loss of sense of smell and/or taste, chills, muscle pain or shortness of breath in the last 2 weeks?
2. Been in contact with anybody experiencing the above listed symptoms?
3. Received a positive COVID-19 test in the last 2 weeks or are currently awaiting results of a COVID-19 test?

All clients will be asked to remove shoes at the door and wash or sanitize hands immediately upon arrival.
A current health screen will need to be completed and signed each visit.
Temperature will be taken and recorded upon arrival.
-Temperature > 100 degrees will need to be rescheduled for a later date.
All surfaces that you may come in contact with will be properly disinfected before and after your arrival.
Additional UV disinfection with be used for any shared equipment.
Clean apron and mask will be worn by therapist and changed between each client.
Two HEPA air purifiers will be present in treatment room and the window will be opened for ventilation between each session.
